It does not appear that the item £16-58 was properly sanctioned. I disallow it.
Mr. Kundir had previously submitted their statement of expenditure, but it appears to have been disallowed entirely.
Upon inspection of the materials, Mr. Charles Tookey found that the charges were not justified. He is the broker, and when examined, it was allowed to pay £16.16.2.
The matter was brought to the attention of the Mint, and it remains on record for future reference.
